Our delicious smoked salmon comes fully cooked and ready to eat! These are some ways we like to enjoy it (Click on the image to view the recipe):
More suggested uses:
- Pasta: Add C&H Fish Company’s wild smoked salmon to pasta with alfredo sauce, capers & parmesan cheese, or add to a pasta salad.
- Rice: Add Yoshida sauce and C&H Fish Company’s wild smoked salmon to some simple steamed rice.
- Crackers: Spread cream cheese on crackers and top with C&H Fish Company’s wild smoked salmon.
- Bagels: Spread cream cheese on bagels and top with C&H Fish Company’s wild smoked salmon.
- Soups: Add to your favorite chowder base.
- Quesadilla: Place two soft taco shells on a cookie sheet and place under broiler long enough to heat. Turn over and return to broiler to heat other side. Remove from oven. Shred and spread C&H Fish Company’s wild smoked salmon on one side. Add capers, onions, or anything else that sounds good. Sprinkle with grated cheese and salsa. Return to oven to melt cheese, put second soft taco shell on top. Cut into 4 pieces are serve.
